Like many homes built in the 1950’s, this home was divided into many smaller rooms, so we underwent an open floor plan remodel project to open up the space.
A large stone fireplace dividing the living room from the dining room as well as a wall separating the kitchen from the dining room was removed to open up the space.
To tie the spaces together, new white oak hardwood floors were installed throughout.
The blue sinks, tub and toilet were replaced with new cabinets, countertops and fixtures.
The walls enclosing the stair well were removed and an open rail was installed.
The newly remodeled space is now open and inviting for entertaining guest with a view of the lake.
