Our production phase can range from 8 weeks to 8-10 months, depending on the project's scope and complexity. For example, a bathroom or kitchen may take 8 weeks, a whole house 4-5 months, an addition 5-6 months, and a tear-down rebuild 6-10 months, depending on the size of the home.

We require a deposit to begin, followed by progress payments based on project milestones.. We accept standard forms of payment, including checks and bank transfers. Financing options are available through third-party lenders if needed.

You’ll have a dedicated onsite Superintendent and Production Manager who provides daily updates, responds promptly to questions, and guides you through every step. We utilize clear communication tools to ensure you're informed, involved, and confident throughout the process.
