Recently, the team at Renewal took on an entire home remodel. Refreshing outdated looks, relocating one bathroom, and significantly increasing convenience (and luxury!) throughout the home were among our greatest tasks for this project.
In updating the overall look of the home, we added a large Pental Supreme granite island in the kitchen, a dry bar with an icemaker, and LED spotlights overhead. The shower and tile in the master bathroom were replaced with a large tub, walk-in shower with shaving niche, and a heated tile floor. In the family room, we put in a large fireplace, as well as a TV with in-wall speakers throughout the room.
Before Photos:
The dated stair system was refreshed with white risers and rubbed balusters, and a Feiss Maarid chandelier with multicolored polished stones and rich bronze metal now hangs in the entry way. Now, one step in the door communicates the comfort, beauty, and classic design that is evident throughout the entire home.
With the powder bathroom previously located just off the kitchen, the homeowners decided to relocate that bathroom and transform the existing space into a temperature-controlled wine room. This room includes motion activated lighting and now holds over 300 bottles of wine, conveniently close to the kitchen and entertainment space.

We thoroughly enjoyed remodeling this home and are very proud of the outcome. Take a look at what we created, thanks to the vision of the homeowner and hard work of our team!
