After we establish a plan and select materials, we collaborate with trade partners to determine the cost of the different elements required for the reconstruction of your space. This solidifies the estimate into a hard number, and at this point, you can determine if you’d like to proceed or if you want to start the project at a later date. You can keep all the documents until you are ready. Once you give your approval to begin the project, we’ll provide you with a construction contract to sign.
After agreeing on a construction contract, we can begin ordering the materials needed for the project. We will also take care of permitting for you. Other remodeling companies buy supplies along the way, but this can extend the project timeline. That means longer than you can’t use areas of your home.
